The intelligent three-dimensional parking building of Nanjing Lishui Yongyang Health Center is located at No. 1, Zhengzhu South Road, Yongyang Town, Lishui District. After field investigation of the planned plot, comprehensive analysis of the surrounding buildings of the hospital and the selection of the garage, OMH decided to adopt the above-ground seven-story vertical lift three-dimensional garage scheme. Twelve parking spaces on each floor are designed for a total of 84 spaces in a triangular and narrow plot with an area of 270㎡, of which 24 are for SUV on the second to third floors and 60 for car on the fourth to eighth floors, with an average area of only 3.2㎡ per parking spot. This design improves the utilization rate of land.
