2, project introduction

The conveying system is used for the coating production line of the tower structural member, and is responsible for the transportation of the painted workpiece, and is a working place for all-weather operation. The main components of the transport are: tower body, tower top, standard section, balance arm, and boom. Workpiece dimensions: structural parts 12000 × 2800 × 2800mm; weight: single hanging 6000kg, double hanging 12000kg; production program: two shifts, with an annual output of 3,000 sets. The system adopts the newly developed heavy-duty accumulative suspension conveyor, which has the characteristics of large load capacity and high work efficiency.

The workpiece is sourced from the workshop production line or the outdoor storage area. The workpiece handling before the on-line is completed by the workshop and other transportation tools. The upper and lower lines of the workpiece are lifted by the rail moving lifting platform and manually completed. The upper line, sandblasting, cleaning, painting, leveling, drying and lowering of the workpiece are completed in the stopped state of the workpiece, and the workpiece is continuously operated through the shot blasting chamber to complete the shot blasting of the workpiece. The system uses programmable control and automatic operation. The work instructions at the upper and lower lines are the responsibility of the operators of each segment. After the workpiece is put on the line, the process flow code is manually given, and the offline line runs according to the preset program, which facilitates the batch management of the finished product. The painting station can be operated as a beat or manually by the operator.
