Workpiece type: The delivered workpiece is the various covers and structural parts of the loader. The cover includes: a cab, a fender, a hood, and a fuel tank. The structural components include the front and rear frame of the loader, the bucket, the boom, the rocker arm, the drawbar and the swing frame.
Production program: The annual output of the loader is 22,000 units/year.

Electronic control system: The control system of this system adopts decentralized control mode, that is, bus control mode. A touch screen is installed on the main control door to display the operating status and fault of the control system. For the ground mobile lifting trolley, the independent control system, the signal does not enter the PLC of the hanging conveyor. The process chain in the system adopts the frequency conversion control mode, and the speed is adjusted according to the process requirements.
