The Automated 3D Warehouse is built for Jiangsu Wanbang Biopharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. to help it use space in a precise management manner and achieve the goal for integrated resources, optimized procedures, shorter operation cycle, higher efficiency, lower costs, compliance with GMP and standardized logistic operations. This Warehouse, which integrates collection, delivery, storage, demand forecasting and many other functions, seeks to ensure the comprehensive management, control and distribution of goods in a reliable and efficient way.
The project is divided into three parts – a normal temperature warehouse, a cool warehouse and a low temperature warehouse. The entire system consists of racks, stackers, outbound conveyors, hoists, electrical control systems, WCS and WMS.
