The Malaysian Industry 4.0 Development Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur from October 14-16, hosted by Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir. OMH was invited to participate as a VIP enterprise. During the conference, Prime Minister Mahathir formally met with Mr. Wang Yonghong, CEO of OMH.

At the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Mahathir elaborated on the current situation and future planning of Malaysian industry 4.0, and looked forward to the development prospect of Malaysian industry 4.0. As a VIP enterprise, Mr. Wang Yonghong, CEO of OMH, and Mr. Guo Qiangzhong General Manager of OMH (Malaysia), and his team attended the ceremony.

In the conference, Prime Minister Mahathir formally met with Mr. Wang Yonghong, CEO of OMH. The two parties exchanged opinions on the future development of Malaysian Industry 4.0. Mr. Wang introduced OMH’s history, and a series of industry 4.0 solutions to Prime Minister Mahathir —Intelligent Production Solutions, Storage Solutions, Intelligent Sorting Solutions and Intelligent Distribution Solutions, as well as successful both overseas and domestic projects. Prime Minister Mahathir has fully affirmed OMH's overall strength and intelligent manufacturing system integration capabilities, and expected that OMH would make a more contribution to the development of Industry 4.0 in Malaysia and throughout Southeast Asia.

By taking advantage of the "one belt and one road" strategy, OMH has established the development strategy of "going out" in early 2019, accelerating the layout of overseas markets, and development of both domestic and overseas market. The southeast Asian market is an important new goal of OMH’s overseas layout. In 2019, OMH has signed a US $16.3 million automated stereo warehouse project with F&N, a well-known beverage manufacturer in Malaysia. When completed, the project will become a benchmark of Industry 4.0 in Malaysia, which is a milestone for the market expansion of OMH in Malaysia and the whole southeast Asia.
