1. Scope of supply: The Smart 3D Warehouse System for Anhui Kouzijiao is designed to transport, store and sort finished products. By raising the efficiency of logistics operations, reducing labor intensity, and improving space utilization and corporate management, the System is delivering huge returns to the company.
2. Project introduction: The System is divided into several sub-systems, respectively for finished product transportation, stacking, storage, and stock removal. In specific, it consists of more than 50,000 elevated storage positions, 17 double-deep stackers, 4 single-deep stackers, 10 sets of robotic stacking systems, a pallet conveying system, an electrical control system, a loop transportation system and a warehouse management system.
