On August 12 2020, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between OMH Science Group Co., Ltd. and China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd. and CIMC equity transfer was held successfully in Shenzhen. OMH (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a wholly- owned subsidiary of OMH, intends to acquire 46.46444% of CIMCSSC held by CIMC Group with its own capital of 41.81796 million yuan, and to acquire 8.5356% of CIMCSSC held by Southern CIMC with its own capital of 7.68204 million yuan. The total amount of its own funds is 49.5 million yuan to acquire 55% shares of CIMC.
